This table lamp is an exploration of soft light and transparency. The shade is crafted from rusted steel mesh, allowing light to filter through and highlight the intricate woven pattern of the metal. Dipped in a polymer, the shade takes on a glass-like appearance, diffusing the light to create ethereal, ghostly effects.

The lamp's design is stripped down to its core, proudly showcasing its skeletal structure. This creates a striking contrast between a raw, industrial aesthetic and an organic, almost sculptural presence.

Each lamp is fitted with an OOFT inline switch on a textile cable, hand selected to fit the colour pallet of the lamp shade.

MATERIALS

When it came to creating the form of the lamp, a key component became the industrially available ‘‘L’’ profile. We took this rigid, standardized material and shaped it into a much more organic form, blending the industrial and biological worlds and creating a lamp with unique elements and character..
